Construction tools trade fair begins in Bangalore tomorrow

THE third edition of Excon trade fair will be held here from November 30 to December 4 showcasing engineering skills and potential as a global outsourcing destination for manufacturing construction equipment and components.

The five-day meet coincides with the country's economic upturn attracting global manufacturing entities to tap the Indian market as well as test its capability as their partners.

India, besides China represents the biggest growth market in infrastructure and construction with an estimated $200 billon investment in infrastructure in the next 3-5 years, making it amongst the largest construction equipment technology markets in the world, said Mr C.P. Rungachar, past- chairman, CII (Southern Region) and Managing Director, Yuken India Ltd.
