Weather reporting

Weather reports have always taken a backseat in India, be it in the electronic media or the newspaper media. Normally, the reports are either lacklustre or compromised in favour of other news items.

In this scenario, the detailed weather reporting in Business Line comes as a breath of fresh air. It is high time the media in India devoted more time and attention to weather.
