Letters Credit card concerns
It has been my experience that credit card issuers are most reluctant and at times totally unresponsive to requests for the termination of the facility. The issuers must be made to honour their contractual obligations in this regard. Any delay by the issuer beyond one month must attract penalty. Furthermore, each statement should provide contact details such as phone number, e-mail, fax and postal address along with the name and designation of the person to whom requests for credit card termination are to be addressed.
