Orchid Chem allots GDRs to Citibank

ORCHID Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals has informed the exchange that the Allotment Committee of the board of directors, in a meeting held on Tuesday, allotted six lakh additional Global Depository Receipts (being the green shoe option) at a price of $4.34 a GDR (equivalent to Rs 195.04 a share), each GDR representing one underlying equity share of Orchid at a nominal value of Rs 10 a share to Citibank, N.A., New York. For the above issue, Citigroup Global Markets Ltd, UK, was the sole bookrunners.
