CSI workshop in Vellore

THE Computer Society of India will organise a workshop on data warehousing, data mining and business intelligences as applied to improve business performance and organisational effectiveness at the Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore, on December 16 and 17.

The workshop will have a blend of classroom discussion, interaction among participants and product and solution demonstrations, says a CSI press release.

The workshop faculty include Dr Gopal Gupta, Fellow of ACM and Senior Professor Monash University, Australia; Dr D. Janakiram, Professor, Department of CSE, IIT Madras; Dr T.V. Subramanian, Fellow of IIM-A and visiting professor at IFMR, Chennai; Dr V.S. Raghunathan, Technical Director and State Informatics Officer, NIC, Kerala.
