New Delhi , Dec. 2 THE US-based Transera Communications Inc on Friday unveiled its collaborative call management solution `Seratel' for multi-enterprise and multi-source call centre operations, which would be offered on NovaTel's communication network. "Our Seratel global on-demand Internet Protocol call centre software is ready for commercial use now by Indian outsourcing companies. While NovaTel addresses the communications space, we will be offering call centre software and applications. We are talking to clients in India and a few of them have shown interest in the pay-per-use model for call centre software," Mr Prem Uppaluru, President and CEO of Transera, said here. The alliance with NovaTel is targeted at call centres that offer services to overseas markets including the US, the UK and Australia. Transera is also planning to enter into a partnership with a systems integrator in India in the first quarter of next year to serve the domestic call centre market. "The domestic call centre market is also set for rapid growth, especially in the aviation and the telecom segment. As per our plans, the new partner will host the Voice Point of Presence for the domestic business, just as NovaTel hosts the Voice PoP in the US," he added.
