Zoom Tech sets up training centre

Hyderabad , Dec. 2

ZOOM Technologies (India), a networking and security solutions provider, on Friday announced the opening of a network and security training centre located in a 10,000 sq.ft. office space.

The Managing Director of Zoom Technologies, Mr M.H. Noble, said, "This centre would seek to address the large requirement of skilled engineers in custom-building networking and security solutions market that is growing rapidly."

Zoom has to its credit the execution of several projects such as the campus-wide networking of Nagarjuna University and networking of 400 mandal offices in Andhra Pradesh with the capital for the CARD (Computer-Aided Registration of Documents) programme.

The company has also networked 400 commodity traders at Gollapudi market yard in Vijayawada using a fibre optic cable backbone. It has also deployed a solution to ensure safe landing and take-off of fighter and cargo aircraft at the Air Force Academy Dundigal.

The company's Indian clients include South Central Railway (RailNet), Sardar Vallabhai Patel National Police Academy, National Remote Sensing Agency and Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad.
