Marlabs' second centre

BANGALORE: The US-based service provider, Marlabs Inc, is setting up a second offshore development centre in the city. The existing facility will house sales, marketing and support functions.

The new centre, besides housing software development team, will also accommodate teams of other IT services and end-user companies using the build-operate-transfer model.

The company also announced it will add more than 200 professionals over a period of one year. It currently employs 600 software engineers in the US. The main domains of the company are healthcare, financial services and media.
