Suranas hike holding in Bhagyanagar Metals, Surana Telecom

BHAGYANAGAR Metals Ltd has informed the National Stock Exchange that Mr Narender Surana, Managing Director, has acquired 53,500 shares of Bhagyanagar Metals Ltd during October 1, to November 30 from the open market.

With this, Mr Narender Surana's holding is 21,18,931 equity shares aggregating to 5.72 per cent of the total share capital of Bhagyanagar Metals Ltd.

The company has also informed that Ms Sunita Surana, promoter, has acquired 1,25,710 shares and sold 500 shares during August-November. She now holds 15,83,715 equity shares aggregating to 4.28 per cent of the share capital.

Yet another promoter, Mr Manish Surana, holds about 23,11,301 equity shares (6.25 per cent) and Ms Vinita Surana, promoter, has sold 2,91,100 shares of Bhagyanagar Metals Ltd during the period from September 6 to November 29.

Mr. Devendra Surana, Managing Director, has acquired 1,02,800 shares and his overall holding has gone up to 5.18 per cent.

Surana Telecom: Surana Telecom Ltd has informed that Mr Devendra Surana, Director, has acquired 53,000 shares and sold 500 shares of Surana Telecom Ltd during September 6 to November 29 from the market. With this, his overall holding is now 22,65,942 shares, aggregating to 10.02 per cent.

Other promoters - - Mr Manish Surana, Ms Vinita Surana and Ms Sunitha Surana - - too have stepped up their holding in the last couple of months.

It may be recalled that both these companies had restructured their operations.
