Chennai , Dec. 5 VIRTUAL tours will help enhance businesses in various sectors, according to Mr R.B.P. Vasan, Chief Technical Officer, Multi Vantage Media Productions (MVMP), a multi-million dollar US-based company. He was addressing the press here on Monday at the launch of Vdarshan, an interactive imaging technology, created by Srushti Solutions in association with MVMP. The technology can be viewed on a Web site or CD-Rom, and it offers the viewers a 360-degree view of the product, as well as voiceovers. Principally used in the real estate segment in the US, the product will also concentrate on real estate here, before expanding to other areas such as hospitality, educational institutes, and automobiles. Mr Robert Alison, President, MVMP, said Vdarshan would help companies present the best and most current information about their business through the Internet. He said the voiceover option added an extra-dimension to the product. He said the product has a multi-language capacity, which means that the company can load voiceovers in many languages, allowing the viewer to choose one, which would come in handy given the diversity of languages in India.
