Sreedharan, Managing Director, Delhi Metro Rail Corporation, explaining the details of the proposed elevated metro rail to the Chief Minister, Mr Oommen Chandy, and the Minister for Water Resources, Mr Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishnan, in Kochi on Tuesday. The Kochi Metro Rail Project, expected to be completed by 2010, has been mooted as a lasting solution to the traffic woes of the city.
