FIIs can buy 49 pc in Strides Arcolab

MUMBAI: Foreign institutional investors can purchase equity shares and convertible debentures of Strides Arcolab Ltd, up to 49 per cent of its paid-up capital, under portfolio investment scheme, the Reserve Bank of India said in a press release.

The shares can be purchased through primary markets and stock and stock exchanges in India. The press release said Strides Arcolab's board of directors and general body had passed a resolution to this effect.
