The Harvey tie-up gives Ultra merchandising rights for six popular toon characters.

The company plans to market products such as stationery, toys, games, consumer durables, ceramics, apparel, furniture, interiors, fixtures, furnishings, gifting items, greeting cards and party products.

Through the tie-up, Ultra has also acquired the video rights for all the cartoon series for all home-viewing formats including VCD and DVD. It has the rights for dubbing the series in various Indian languages.
