Madhucon inks pact for Kukatpally project

HYDERABAD: Madhucon Projects Ltd has announced that it has signed an agreement with the Andhra Pradesh State Housing Board for developing a housing-cum-commercial project on 9.04 acres at Kukatpally.

In a release, the company said that the land is on prime location on the Bombay National Highway (NH-9) opposite Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.

The company proposes to develop deluxe residential apartments, build a 4-star hotel and a shopping mall-cum-multiplex theatre. The project cost is estimated to be over Rs 175 crore, the company said.
