New Products & Services Jain Agro Food launches bottled tender coconut water Our Bureau
Panaji , Dec. 11 BANGALORE-based Jain Agro Food Products Ltd has launched its new 200 ml bottle of tender coconut water - Cocojal. It was launched by the Union Minister for Agriculture, Mr Sharad Pawar, on Saturday at a two-day global seminar on the coconut industry. The company, which offers innovative coconut products, was started six years ago. plans to launch a coconut pickle at `Ahaar 2006' in New Delhi next year, said Mr Manish Kumar Jain, Director of Jain Agro Food Products. He said the company was targeting the domestic market with its tender coconut water and exports would be targeted at West Asia initially. At the venue of the seminar, several products of coconut, including oils and tender coconut water, chips, etc, were on display.
