Black pepper

This is reference "Indian black pepper could enjoy advantage in Jan-March" (Business Line, December 12). According to the report, there is scope for India to export its black pepper as Brazil, Vietnam and Indonesia have sold out or are not offering in the first quarter of 2006, and provided Indian prices remain at current levels. If it increases further, how will the world demand be met?
