ONGC plans

This is with reference to "ONGC chalks out Rs 1 lakh crore investment plan" (Business Line, December 12): This is the type of proactive steps that one expects from an organisation such as the ONGC. While this may be a compulsion of the prevailing situation, one hopes the Ministry of Petroleum will not play spoil sport. The need of the hour is "problem solving" for which teamwork is essential.
