Coal seminar to discuss new supply sources

COALJUNCTION, a division of Metaljunction Services Ltd (MSL), will organise a three-day international conference named `India Coal Conference 2006,' in association with the Informa Group, the world's largest conference organiser.

Being supported by the Union Coal and Power Ministries, the conference will be held here during February 8-10.

Mr Viresh Oberoi, Managing Director of MSL, said the conference was being organised to bring together the leading international coal companies, international traders, senior Government officials, domestic coal producers and consumers.

The conference, among other things, would discuss on areas such as widening of coal supplies by identification of new sources.
