PVR fixes intial public offer price at Rs 225

Mumbai , Dec. 17

PVR Ltd, a multiplex cinema operator, has fixed its IPO price at Rs 225.

The company had entered the capital market with an initial public offer of 77 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash at a price to be determined through the book building process. The price band was fixed at Rs 200 and Rs 240 per equity share.

The proceeds from the issue would be utilised to finance new cinema projects, expand film distribution business, technological upgradation and renovation of cinemas.
