Letters Just compensation
This refers to the rape and murder of HP BPO employee in Bangalore. The incident shows that the fundamental rule of all BPO companies that a woman guard will be travelling in all vehicles transporting female employees between 8 pm and 6 am has been violated. Without burying the matter in a myriad of discussions, and fearing that all foreign investment will disappear overnight, the Government should take strict action against the company concerned for violating this rule and demand just compensation.
