Punj Lloyd fixes IPO price at Rs 700; Tulip at Rs 120

PUNJ Lloyd has fixed its IPO price at Rs 700. The company has come out with public issue of 91.7 lakh shares, which include fresh issue of 83.5 lakh shares and the rest was offer for sale, with a price band of Rs 600-700 for Rs 10 share.

The issue was oversubscribed 39 times.

Meanwhile, Tulip IT Services has fixed its IPO price at Rs 120. The company has come out with a public issue of 90 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash within a price band of Rs 100-120.

The issue was oversubscribed by more than 25 times.
