Ucal sells stake in joint venture

CHENNAI: Ucal Fuel Systems is selling its 30 per cent stake in Engelhard Environmental Systems (India) Pvt Ltd to Engelhard Asia Pacific, LLC for Rs 28 crore, according to information provided by Ucal to the stock exchange. The company has informed that it has signed a share purchase agreement with Engelhard Asia Pacific for the sale of 27.53 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each representing its 30 per cent stake in the joint venture for Rs 28 crore.
