Stampede deaths

This refers to the recent stampede deaths in Chennai where government flood-aid packages were being distributed.

The Government should establish a transparent system wherein the relief for victims is delivered at their homes, akin to money-orders. Assembling thousands of people who have undergone misery and sometimes at the risk of their lives amounts to no help at all.
