Vijaya Bank opens new branch at Road No. 12 in Banjara Hills

HYDERABAD: Vijaya Bank has announced the opening of a new branch on Road No. 12 in Banjara Hills. This is its 919th branch in the country, according to a press release.

The new branch to be housed in K.R. Towers, would be a fully computerised one. It would offer all loan and deposit products that are currently being offered by Vijaya Bank.

Inaugurating the branch, the Chairman and Managing Director of the National Mineral Development Corporation (NMDC), Mr Ramesh Kumar urged the people to support the bank's efforts in providing latest facilities.

Mr A. Sateesh Hegde, Regional Manager, Vijaya Bank, Hyderabad, said the Banjara Hill branch would offer various retail lending schemes like housing loan, vehicle, loan for purchase of durable utility articles etc.

Vijaya Bank, headquartered in Bangalore has a business base of more than Rs 40,000 crore as on March 31, 2005.
