CSI Chennai Chapter to organise workshop

THE Computer Society of India (CSI) Chennai Chapter will organise a workshop on Software Estimation and Function Point Analysis here on January 7.

Mr S. Ramanathan, an information technology consultant, will conduct the one-day workshop to provide an overview, scope and challenges in software estimation, methods, software sizing, metrics, estimation tools, estimation for different applications and projects.

The workshop is aimed at project managers, project leaders, senior programmers, quality assurance staff, business development executives, chief information officers and heads of small and medium size software companies, according to a press release issued by CSI.
