Public Sector Banks BoB shifts regional office Our Bureau
KOCHI: Bank of Baroda has shifted its Regional Office from Thiruvananthapuram to Ernakulam at TD Road in Kochi. The move is to increase the bank's participation in speedy industrial and commercial development of the State. The regional office will cover all 45 branches of the bank from Kasargod to Thiruvananthapuram. The total business of the bank in the State has exceeded Rs 1,750 crore. The branches are fully computerised and provide Internet and other technology enabled services. The bank plans to add 10 more ATMs in the State before March. It also plans to increase its business and presence in the State in the coming months, Mr M.L. Jain, Assistant General Manager and Regional Head, said.
