The Hindu Business Line : Covansys launches business intelligence concept centre

COVANSYS, in partnership with IBM, on Tuesday launched the Covansys concept centre for WebSphere DataStage to strengthen its offerings in the business intelligence (BI) practice with respect to `real-time information integration' capabilities.

"Incubated as part of the Business Intelligence Centre of Excellence, the concept centre will develop and provide data warehousing and BI solutions to extend into the real-time information integration space which global customers across different industries are demanding for in this on-demand era," Covansys and IBM said in a release.

Covansys said that it is a premier member of the IBM ParterWorld for software programme and an IBM premier business partner.

The creation of the concept centre for WebSphere DataStage will supplement the existing Covansys WebSphere Innovation Centre in providing high value to its global customers, the release said.

The centre will be a key facility to consult, design, and architect real-time information integration frameworks and advise its customers on best practices for the design, development, and deployment of BI frameworks which are at once scalable and flexible to address changing business demands, the release added.
