Brand myths

In `Is brand loyalty a myth',. the author touches upon some relevant points, such as the absence of fairytale endings for brand loyalty schemes.

It also raises the question of whether brand loyalty is equated with brand incentives.

On the other hand, there are brands such as Apple that have built up a loyal customer base without compromising on costs or offering freebies.
