Next Gen Publishing launches `Computeractive' in India

NEXT Gen Publishing Ltd, a venture of Forbes Group and HDFC Ltd, launched Computeractive in India on Thursday.

Mr Hoshang Billimoria, CEO, Next Gen Publishing, said that this magazine is licensed exclusively for the Indian subcontinent from VNU Business Publication, GPP (Global Publishing Partnerships), London, which has its head quarters in New York.

Computeractive, the flagship magazine of VNU Business Publications and a leading PC consumer title worldwide, is published in 19 countries, including the UK, Holland, Spain, Italy Indonesia, Greece and South Africa.

Computeractive is a computing and technology lifestyle magazine and is targeted at everyday home and office computer users.

The magazine offers expert information on how to buy and maximise computing productivity in simple, jargon-free language, Mr Billimoria said.

The magazine is available on the stands from Thursday at a special invitation price of Rs 60.

The company publishes three other special interest magazines such as Smart Photography and Car India and Bike India for auto enthusiasts.
