MRO-TEK board meet

BANGALORE: The board of directors of MRO-TEK Ltd is meeting on January 25 to consider the results for the quarter-ended December 31, 2005.

The board will also consider declaration of interim dividend for the financial year 2005-06, fixing the record date as February 1, 2006, said a company press release.
