Kochi , Jan. 8

LORD Krishna Bank has revised the interest rates for domestic term deposits by 75 basis points and offers 7.75 per cent returns on one-three year deposits, with effect from January 9.

The bank also offers 50 basis points more interest for senior citizens, enabling them to get a return of 8.25 per cent on fresh deposits for the same maturity.

The spread on interest income has been showing consistent positive growth in the last few years, mainly through reduction in the cost of deposits, said Mr V.K. Gupta, Deputy Managing Director of the bank.
