New shareholder directors for PNB

NEW DELHI: The shareholders of Punjab National Bank have elected three directors from amongst themselves.

The new directors are Dr Harsh Mahajan, Mr Mohanjit Singh and Mr Prakash Agarwal. The new directors would hold office for a period of three years till December 12, 2008, according to a bank release issued here on Monday.
