Himatsingka meet on interim

BANGALORE: Himatsingka Seide Ltd has informed the BSE that a meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on January 21 to consider the following financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2005.

The board will also consider declaring an interim dividend for 2005-2006.
