Vizag port sets record in calcined petro coke handling

VISAKHAPATNAM: A record quantity of 10,515 tonnes of calcined petroleum coke of Rain Calcining Ltd was shipped on Tuesday to the vessel, m.v Albert Oldendorff, at East Quay - 2 berth, surpassing the previous record of 9,766 tonnes established on November 4, 2005 according to a press release issued by the VPT. Prathyusha Associates were the stevedores and Eswar Shipping Services the steamer agents of the vessel.
