Microsense to vend Mercom tool

BANGALORE: Microsense, a WAN and Wi-Fi roaming service provider, has announced its partnership with the US-based Mercom in offering Voice and Screen Recording solutions to Indian markets, a new solution in call centre logging segment. The company will be the sole distributor in India.

"With India being the hub of the call centre industry, the region is an important market for Mercom," said Mr Colin Mills, Vice-President International Sales, Mercom Systems Inc.

The solution addresses Voice and Screen Recording Solutions for analog, digital and VoIP channels offered on industry- based standard platforms and integrates with all the major switch vendors.

Mercom offers customised solution, like the need of recording VoIP calls based on Record on Demand without CTI (Computer Telephony Interface).
