Workshop on management at Thiruvananthapuram

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Trivandrum Management Association (TMA) is organising a two-day workshop on `managerial effectiveness and situational leadership'in the city on January 27 and 28.

Besides discussions on goal setting and role clarity, the workshop will also offer participants a validated psychological test, says a TMA press release. Mr T.R.S. Menon, who has held senior management positions in various organisations, will conduct the workshop, the release adds.
