Kangaroo Kids to launch Billabong School in Pune

KANGAROO Kids Education Ltd (KKEL) is set to launch the Billabong High School in Pune.

Kangaroo Kids schools include Gymbaroo toddler centres, Kangaroo Kids Preschools and Billabong High Primary and high schools. The network is spread across 15 cities in the country and has 49 schools to its name. It also has a school in Dubai.

Talking to Business Line, Ms Lina Ashar, Managing Director the Billabong was spread over one lakh sq ft and its infrastructure included pre-primary library, dollhouse, paddle pool, sand pit, sickbay, swimming pool, lawn tennis court, basket ball and volleyball courts, computer labs etc. And for those who were interested in the arts or creatively inclined, the school had Indian and western music classes, jazz ballet classes and a yoga centre.

Ms Lina said the schools followed the ICSE and the IGCSE curriculum and the fees would be range from Rs 35,000 to Rs 39,000.
