Coconut development meet at Palakole in AP

HYDERABAD: The Coconut Development Board (CCB), under the Union Ministry of Agriculture is organising a State-level seminar on production, processing and marketing of coconut in Palakole of West Godavari district on January 24.

The National Coconut Federation and the Department of Horticulture are also associated in the conduct of the seminar, which is to be inaugurated by the MP, Mr Ch. Harirama Jogaiah, according to a CCB release.

A special exhibition to create awareness about coconut products and pest and disease management would also be put up. Scientists from different institutes would present their latest findings.
