APSRTC sets new record

HYDERABAD: Andhra Pradesh Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC) has reached a new milestone in its passenger services.

On January 16, it carried a record 1.50 crore passengers, which is 18.75 per cent of the total population ofthe State and this was possible due to the meticulous planning, coordination and efforts of the employees, said the Vice-Chairman & Managing Director of the Corporation, Mr M.V. Krishna Rao.

In a press release, he said the Corporation was putting in place a range of systems to improve the quality of services aimed at increased passenger satisfaction.
