ICICI Bank exercises green-shoe option

ICICI Bank has exercised in full the green-shoe option of Rs 750 crore in its domestic public issue of equity shares in December 2005, on completion of the price stabilisation period, said a price release from the bank.

The size of the issue was Rs 5,750 crore, plus the green-shoe option of Rs 750 crore.
