Talisma unveils CRM 7.0 version

BANGALORE: Talisma, a customer relationship management solutions provider announced the availability of CRM 7.0, the latest version of the product. This version has over 100 new features and four new add-on modules.

With the Export module, the user can export data from Talisma CRM into SIS and ERP systems to analyse and optimise data across the board. The Import module helps users funnel critical data into the CRM solution by integrating crucial data so that complete customer profiles can be obtained in a single view. The other two tools, Outbound Calling and Health Check modules, also simplify processes for organisations.
