Teledata Info net rises to Rs 39 cr

TELEDATA Informatics Ltd, Chennai-based software company, has reported a net profit of Rs 38.96 crore on revenues of Rs 222.21 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2005 compared with a net profit of Rs 20.34 crore on revenues of Rs 82.25 crore for the corresponding quarter last year.

The increase in the revenues during the quarter was attributed to acquisitions and increased demand for products.

The firm acquired 100 per cent stake in Vanguard Technologies and Daan Consulting of the US, 100 per cent in Netsol Technologies, Thailand, and 70 per cent in Picnic Marine Corp, Thailand.
