NIIT Tech Thai gets certification

NEW DELHI: NIIT Technologies Thailand has received the BS15000 service management standards compliance certification.

With this, the company claimed it has become the first organisation in ASEAN to be assessed as per global IT Service Management norms.

"This standard is the world's first assessment specifically aimed at service management. The standard defines features of service management processes that are essential for delivery of high-quality IT services," a release by NIIT said.
