The Hindu Business Line : CCL Products Q3 net up at Rs 10.5 crore

CCL Products (India) Ltd, formerly Continental Coffee Ltd, has registered sales turnover of Rs 39.26 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2005, against Rs 34.66 crore in the same quarter last year, showing a growth of Rs 13.28 per cent.

The net profit went up to Rs 10.56 crore (Rs 10.10 crore), a growth of 4.55 per cent, a company press release said here on Thursday.

For the nine-month period ended December 31, 2005, the sales turnover stood at Rs 97.60 crore (Rs 74.75 crore), up by 30.57 per cent. The net profit was put at Rs 25.76 crore (Rs 18.11 crore), a growth of 42 per cent.

The sales turnover of the consolidated group in the third quarter was put at Rs 68.55 crore (Rs 63.56 crore), a growth of 7.85 per cent. The group registered a net profit of Rs 11.11 crore (Rs 11.30 crore), showing a slight dip.

For the nine-month period, the group's sales turnover was up at Rs 216.48 crore (Rs 174.61 crore), up by 24 per cent. The net profit went up to Rs 27.51 crore (Rs 19.42 crore), a growth of 41.7 per cent.
