Kenexa upbeat on HR management market pie

Anjali Prayag

Bangalore , Jan. 30

BY the end of the decade, the human capital management market in the Asia-Pac region is poised to touch $2 billion. HCM includes services such as ERP, Web-based talent management and recruitment process outsourcing.

Though figures for the Indian market are still not available, Kenexa Technologies, the US-based global provider of HCM services, hopes to get at least four per cent of this business, said its Director of Sales, Mr Harish Bhattiprolu.

Kenexa Technologies offers solutions in the areas of talent acquisition, recruitment management and support, retention consulting and employee survey administration and analysis. "Right from sourcing talent to on-boarding, we offer the entire suite of Web-based applications to cover employee lifecycle from sourcing, screening and assessing to measuring and development," said Mr Bhattiprolu.

Corporates that require to build large talent pools within a short period of time are at a loss when it comes to assessing and selecting resumes. Kenexa's recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) gives companies the bandwidth to select talent from the resume pool. "And right talent acquisition is the secret to high talent retention," he said.

Kenexa Technologies currently has more than 1,600 clients worldwide and 16 clients in the country across IT, financial services and pharma industries. Headquartered in Pennsylvania, Kenexa employs 700 people worldwide, about 60 per cent of which are based in Hyderabad.
