Bandra-Worli sea link to be operational by 2008

The link would be operated on BOT basis and the Government would finalise toll charges when it comes up.

MUMBAI: THE 6-km long Bandra-Worli sea link would be completed by December 2007 and made operational by 2008. However, the next phase of Worli-Nariman Point sea link would take another four years, said Mr Anil Deshmukh, Public Works Minister (Public Undertakings), Government of Maharashtra.

He was speaking at a public function here on Monday.
