Fidelity International sells 0.37% stake in Satyam Computer

HYDERABAD: FIDELITY International has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that FMR Corp, its direct and indirect subsidiaries, and Fidelity International Ltd have sold 11,96,821 shares aggregating 0.37 per cent of the total paid-up capital of Satyam Computer Services Ltd on January 20.

With this sale, the Fidelity holding aggregates 4.83 per cent of the total paid-up capital of Satyam Computer.
