Jai Hiremath on Novartis board

MUMBAI: Hikal's Vice-Chairman and Managing Director Mr Jai Hiremath has been appointed as Director on the board of Novartis India Ltd.

This is in the place of Mr S.D. Kulkarni, who has resigned from the Board of Directors of Novartis. Mr Hiremath's appointment comes into effect from January 28.
