Financial Performance Corporate Results - Software Four Soft revenue zooms Our Bureau
HYDERABAD: Four Soft Ltd (4S) has reported significant jump in consolidated revenues at Rs 33.55 crore and lower net profit at Rs 0.18 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2005 compared to revenues of Rs 5.88 crore and a net profit of Rs 1.15 crore for the corresponding quarter last year. For the nine months ended December 31, 2005, the revenue stood at Rs 57.89 crore (Rs 15.47 crore) and net profit was at Rs 2.86 crore (Rs 2.86 crore). During the quarter, 4S acquired DCS Transportation and Logistics Solutions division, a UK-headquartered transport & logistics software solutions company, with operations in the UK, the Netherlands, US, France and Germany. The acquisition, the company claimed, provided access to an international client base including a majority of the top 20 transportation and logistics companies. 4S expects the results of this consolidation exercise by the second quarter of financial year 2006-07.
