JCT net up 27 per cent

NEW DELHI: JCT Ltd has recorded a 27 per cent increase in net profit at Rs 3.24 crore during the third quarter of the current fiscal, as against a net of Rs 2.54 crore during the corresponding quarter of the pervious fiscal.

Gross sales were however, lower at Rs 140.22 crore during the period, as compared to Rs 164.07 crore during the previous fiscal, due to the discontinuation of operations of the Steel division from June 1, 2005, a company release said.
